What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
We can offer a wholesale discount on quantities over 20 pieces, however the level of discount will vary based on order quantity.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for all products?
Yes we do. Please contact us to discuss which items are of interest to you and we can work out a price based on your goals.
Can products be customized with our logo or branding?
We can absolutely customize products with your logo, although additional charges may apply.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
We do offer private label products.
Can you create exclusive designs for our business?
We are always happy to work with you and we are willing to create exclusive designs.
What is your typical production lead time?
Lead time depends on the size of the order and our current production schedule, however typically lead time will be 3-5 weeks.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with small and large retailers across Canada in addition to event planning companies, as well as corporations that have used our products as employee and client gifts and awards.
Can products be made to our custom dimensions?
In most cases, yes, we can modify the size of our products to meet your specifications.
What wood species are available?
We normally use maple, cherry and walnut.
Can I mix different products within a wholesale order?
Yes, absolutely! We will put together wholesale pricing for you based on the quantity of the order as a whole.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?
We need to know the product and quantity you would like to provide a quote.
Do you offer volume discounts on larger orders?
Our wholesale pricing varies based on the quantity of the order, so yes, higher volumes equal greater discounts.
How does the custom design process work?
Tell us what you’d like and we will get to work on design. We will share our design ideas and work with you until we have created exactly what you are looking for.
What file formats do you accept for logo engraving?
We can accept a wide variety of file formats including svg, eps, jpg, png and more.
What are your payment terms?
For custom orders we require a 50% deposit with the balance due when the order is ready to ship. For orders of products currently in our catalog we require full payment when the order is ready to ship.
